1963 .Sculpt Art and Environmental
Art master. Chinese
lineage American. Live in California USA .
He started painting in
childhood, and intensified his
art and design skills with over
thirty years of hard work. He is
most recognized for his
intricate micro-carvings - tiny
pieces of art barely visible to
the naked eye. Mr. He was so
successful in micro-carving (Ivory
scrimshaw
)that he received
Two
World Guinness Record awards!
He was also one of the
forerunners in the art of
Chinese solid carving, and his
talent is largely praised as the
"Devil's Work" and "God's Skill"
for its difficulty and patience.
Mr. He attended graduate school
in Japan and received a master's
degree in sculpture.
His works have been awarded in
numerous exhibitions
and are collected by many
countries and prominent
collectors. His achievements
have been recorded by the
Chinese Modern Artist Almanac
and the International
Calligrapher and Painter Almanac.
He is considered one of the few
young artists in micro-carving
of the modern age.
